After-sale service

The warranty period of the company's products is three years. During the warranty period, three guarantees (repair, replacement and return) are implemented for the products;

The company carries out tracking service for products, and provides accessories, spare parts and technical services;

During the installation and commissioning stage of the product, the company can send technical service personnel for cooperation;

If the product fails or needs to be repaired, we will reply immediately after receiving the user's information and arrive at the site within 24 hours.

Under normal operation conditions, our company shall be responsible for the economic losses caused by the power system failure due to the product quality of our company. If the losses are caused by the demander's reasons, our company will serve the demander with 15% of the cost price of the equipment.

User services

The company has a service department to provide users with pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales technical consulting services to help users understand, familiarize themselves with and use products.
